I have thoroughly enjoyed and greatly benefitted from my time working with Natalie. She made me feel comfortable from the very start which enabled me to share openly and honestly. She has been very helpful for me to see certain problems in my life more clearly, and in some cases, I don’t even see certain situations as “problems” at all anymore. In one particular session, I was expressing my fears about what I perceived as the “worst case scenario” regarding a very important decision I have to make that will have major repercussions in every area of my life. She calmly looked at me and asked, “Well what would actually happen if you chose that path.” By inviting me calmly to sit with this situation that was causing me so much angst and stress, I was able to work on increasing my tolerance for this “worst case scenario” and my fears, and ended up realizing in the weeks that followed that it was actually the best decision for me. I am so grateful that she was able to help me with this, and I would highly recommend her support as you navigate this life!

While burnout is difficult to grasp and its manifestations differ from person to person, discussing my situation with Natalie made me feel that she knew exactly what I was talking about and could even read between the lines; and it was a comforting feeling.
